By registering for or beginning to use the service of the Investor Relations Platform (the "Platform"), the End User will be deemed to have read and agreed to all provisions of these Terms of Service.

The Licensed Research and Data that any licensing entity ("Licensor") or any of its providers license for use by, through, or in connection with the Platform is the exclusive property of the Licensor or the provider.

Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC), based on its agreements with the Licensors, licenses the End User of the Platform to view the Data and to use it for the End User's own internal reference purposes only. The End User shall not use the Data in any other manner or form, and shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

The End User shall not make any content of the Data known to any third party, or copy, use, publish, distribute, or mix any content of the Data, or use it in the creation of any derivative data, or copy, store, sell, license, distribute, transmit or duplicate to any third party or to any person (including within the End User's organisation) any Data or any part thereof in any form or by any means;
The End User shall not derive, recalculate, combine with other data or otherwise modify the Data, create history and/or distribute such derived, recalculated, combined or modified Data or history to any third party;
The End User shall not make the Data available on any website or in an application, or to the public via the internet or otherwise;
The End User shall not use the Data for the purpose of:
1. creating and/or operating (whether by itself or by any third party) any financial product, index or service which seeks to match the performance of or whose capital and/or income value is related to the Data or any part thereof;
2. creating and/or operating (whether by itself or by any third party) any financial product, index or service the performance of which is linked to the performance of a third party's product, index or service which, in turn, seeks to match the performance of or whose capital and/or income value is related to the Data or any part thereof (and whether or not such third party is licensed by the Licensor to do so); or
3. generally exploiting the Data in a manner designed to benefit the End User or any third party (including the creation of any product or service).
The End User shall not take a snapshot of any Real Time or Delayed Data or designate or refer to any Index Values within such Data as being an end of day value or closing price;
The End User shall not use the Marks or remove any copyright or proprietary notices incorporated into the Data and the End User shall acknowledge that the Licensor and/or any relevant third party information providers are the owners of the intellectual property rights in, and relating to, the Data;
The End User shall not use the Data in any way or for any purpose that would require a separate license from the Licensor or any other person; and
The End User shall not permit, or purport to permit, any third party to do any of the foregoing.

Neither TDCC, nor the Licensors, nor any third party provider bears any liability for the accuracy or completeness of the Licensed Research and Data, or for any interruption or delay therein, or for any lost profit or any damage. The End User furthermore agrees not to claim any damages from TDCC, any Licensor, or any third party provider.

Neither TDCC nor the Licensors are investment consultants. No content of the Licensed Research and Data may be construed or interpreted as providing investment advice, nor does any content thereof constitute any representation or warranty. The End User furthermore agrees not to claim any damages from TDCC or any Licensor.

The End User represents and undertakes that it is not currently:

the target or subject of any Sanctions
a Sanctioned Person
in breach of any Sanctions, or
pending Sanctions investigation(s).
“Sanctions” means any economic, financial or trade sanctions laws, regulations, executive orders, restrictive measures or other sanctions requirements enacted, administered, imposed, enforced or publicly notified by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States of America or other relevant sanctions authority; “Sanctioned Country” means any country or other territory that is, or whose government is, subject to country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions; “Sanctioned Person” means a person who is, or is owned or controlled by, a designated target of Sanctions.

Each Licensor of the Platform is one of many institutions that conduct environmental, social, and corporate governance related research. The license relationship between TDCC and any Licensor may not be construed or interpreted as a recommendation that any End User of the Platform purchase or subscribe to information or professional services of the Licensor. Any reference to third party names is for appropriate acknowledgement of their ownership and does not constitute a sponsorship or endorsement by such owner.

TDCC is entitled to amend or modify the content of these Terms of Service at any time or from time to time and to post the amended or modified content on the Platform without further individual notice to End Users. The End User is advised to pay ongoing attention to any amendments or modifications to these Terms of Service. If the End User continues to use the Platform service after amendment or modification, the End User will be deemed to have understood and agreed to accept the amended or modified Terms of Service.

Statement on the Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data ver 1.1：

For the purposes of managing and identifying the identities of Platform End Users, TDCC will collect data including your name, the type of company at which you are employed, and your email address. Except as otherwise required by applicable law or regulation, such data will be kept throughout the duration of TDCC's existence, provided, that it shall be deleted after the specific purposes of the data collection no longer exist. During the period that it keeps the data, TDCC will employ the data when giving you notifications related to account opening, password changes, matters relating to your rights and interests, Platform related information, market information, events, advertisements, directives and guidance from government agencies, and messages relating to the services of TDCC and its affiliates or participants. The Platform will also collect and study records of your use, and use those records in data analysis and other processing, utilizations, and research.
You may contact TDCC in writing to make an inquiry/request to review/obtain a copy of your personal data, or, upon providing an appropriate explanation, request supplementation or correction of your personal data, or request that TDCC cease collecting, processing, or using your personal data, and request that TDCC delete the data. You may obtain a request form at the Equity Services Department service counter (Address: 2F, 365 Fuxing N. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei; tel.: 02-27195805, ext. 411). If you refuse to provide personal data as mentioned above, such that TDCC is unable to conduct necessary identity management and identification operations, it will affect your rights and interests with respect to use of the Platform.
